The Education and Outreach Working Group and the Small Collections Network are collaborating on this webinar with the goal to increase awareness of WeDigBio 2016 in small collections across the country.

Austin Mast will present new tools for small collections to onboard specimen images for crowd-transcription at Notes from Nature (notesfromnature.org) via the Biospex platform (biospex.org). He will also discuss the opportunities that small collections have to simultaneously advance research, STEM literacy, and local community support for collections during the WeDigBio event.
